Sesuai arahan Bapak Wakil Presiden, bersama ini dengan hormat kami sampaikan naskah pidato Bapak Wakil Presiden berjudul "The Challenges of Policy Making in a Young Democracy : The Case of Indonesia" yang di sampaikan pada 52nd Shann Memorial Lecture 2013 100th Year of Economics University of Western Australia pada tanggal 11 November 2013 di Perth- Australia.
