Pemberitahuan Kenaikan Pangkat Periode Oktober 2014 Notice on Rank Promotion of October 2014 Period

Menunjuk PP. Nomor 12 Tahun 2002 tentang usul kenaikan pangkat pegawai, perubahan dari PP. 99 tahun 2000 tentang kenaikan pangkat PNS bersama ini kami sampaikan daftar nama-nama pegawai Negeri Sipil di Lingkungan Universitas Udayana yang telah memenuhi persyaratan untuk di usulkan kenaikan pangkat periode Oktober 2014. Kami mohon bantuan kepada pemimpin di unit kerja masing-masing untuk dapat menginformasikan kepada PNS yang akan naik pangkat sesuai dengan daftar terlampiran. Berkas usul kenaikan pangkat tersebut dibuat dalam rangkap dengan melengkapi syarat-syarat sebagai berikut :

1. DP.3 dua tahun terakhir;
2. Foto copy KARPEG;
3. Foto Copy SK. Pangkat Terkahir;
4. Foto Copy SK Peninjauan Masa Kerja (apabila memiliki);
5. Foto Copy NIP.Baru;
6. Foto Copy Ijasah Terakhir;
7. Surat Ijin/SK ijin Belajar (bagi yang melanjutkan Pendidikan)
8. Bagi Pejabat Struktural melampirkan Foto copy : SK Jabatan, Berita Acara Pengangkatan Sumpah, Berita Acara Serah Terima Jabatan, Surat Pernyataan Pelantikan, Surat Pernyataan Menduduki Jabatan dan Sertifikat Diklat Penjenjangan Struktural dan Ijasah Terakhir ;
9. Kelengkapan Usul agar dikirim ke bagian kepegawaian paling lambat 6 Juni 2014, berhubung usulan kenaikan pangkat harus sudah diterima di jakarta akhir juli 2014
10. Ujian Dinas dan Ujian Penyesuaian Ijasah akan dilaksanakan tanggal 10 s/d 11 Juni 2014

Bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang telah memiliki masa kerja 4 tahun tmt 01 Oktober dan belum tercantum dalam daftar terlampir, agar segera menghubungi bagian kepegawaian Kantor Pusat Universitas Udayana. Demikian disampaikan, atas perhatiannya kami ucapkan terima kasih. Daftar Nama Pegawai dilingkungan Universitas Udayana Referring to PP. Number 12 Year 2002 on staff rank promotion proposal, as revision of PP. 99 year 2000 on Civil Servant rank promotion, we hereby inform the name list of Civil Servant staff under Udayana University that have fulfilled the requirements to be proposed on rank promotion of October 2014 period. We would like to request the assistance of the Head in each unit to inform all Civil Servants of the rank promotion as mentioned in the list attached. The rank promotion proposal file may be done in form of bundle with complete requirements as follow:

1. DP.3 of the last two years;
2. Copy of KARPEG;
3. Copy of Recent Rank Decree Letter;
4. Copy of Years of Service Observation Decree Letter (if owned);
5. Copy of Recent NIP;
6. Copy of Recent Certificate;
7. Permit Letter / Study Permit Decree Letter (those who continued the education level)
8. For Structural Officer, please attach copy of: Position Decree Letter, Event Letter

9. Complete Proposal is sent to the human resource division at least before the 6th of June 2014, since rank promotion proposal should be received in Jakarta before July 2014
10. Official Test and Qualification Standardize Test will be held at the 10th up to 11th of June 2014
