Wadah kolaborasi riset penginderaan jauh, UAV, dan AI untuk pengelolaan sumber daya alam berkelanjutan serta mendukung Net Zero Emission 2060.

2. Fokus Penelitian Utama

2.1 Darat (Terestrial & Perairan Darat)

Goal: Menganalisis kualitas ekosistem danau via RS/GIS serta menyusun program mitigasi keberlanjutan fungsi danau.

  • Pemantauan Kualitas Ekosistem: Analisis bio-fisik perairan (klorofil-a, TSS, suhu), status trofik, dan degradasi lingkungan.
  • Dinamika Lingkungan & Sempadan: Pemetaan perubahan tutupan lahan di DTA, analisis dampak ekosistem, dan pemantauan garis tepi danau.

2.2 Pesisir & Laut

Goal: Mitigasi degradasi pantai, valuasi karbon biru, dan modernisasi perikanan tangkap.

  • Degradasi & Mitigasi: Dinamika garis pantai, batimetri, identifikasi kerentanan (CVI, InVEST), dan evaluasi penggunaan lahan sempadan.
  • Blue Carbon & Net Zero: Kuantifikasi stok karbon mangrove/lamun/terumbu karang, estimasi emisi, dan pemodelan skenario Net Zero.
  • Oseanografi & Fishing Ground: Pengembangan algoritma SPL/Klorofil, model prediksi time-series, dan peta daerah potensi penangkapan ikan.

2.3 Atmosfer & Interaksi Laut-Atmosfer

Goal: Evaluasi produk satelit, analisis pola curah hujan, interaksi laut-udara, dan estimasi dampak fenomena global (ENSO/IOD).

  • Meteorologi Tropis: Pemetaan curah hujan diurnal dan evaluasi akurasi data satelit.
  • Air-Sea Interaction: Kajian pertukaran energi lautan-atmosfer di pesisir dan laut lepas.
  • Korelasi Iklim: Hubungan curah hujan dengan SPL (Suhu Permukaan Laut) dan anomalinya.

  • Otomatisasi deteksi mangrove via Machine/Deep Learning.
  • Pemetaan Kerentanan Pesisir (CVI).
  • Algoritma Status Trofik Danau & hujan diurnal.

2027WebGIS & Integration

  • Pengembangan basis data spasial berbasis WebGIS.
  • Pemetaan Fishing Ground & Interaksi Laut-Atmosfer.
  • Peningkatan kapasitas pemda dalam data RS.

2028Carbon Market & Forecast

  • Model rekomendasi spasial untuk pembangunan hijau.
  • Data pendukung klaim carbon credit global.
  • Algoritma prediksi (forecasting) ZPPI & anomali iklim.

2029Policy Impact

  • Penyediaan data real-time forecasting di WebGIS.
  • Rekomendasi kebijakan insentif karbon & mitigasi iklim nasional.

4. Kontribusi Strategis

  • Evidence-Based Policy: Mendukung pemerintah dalam RTRW dan konservasi berbasis data spasial.
  • Industri & ESG: Membantu sektor pariwisata dan akuakultur dalam monitoring dampak lingkungan.
  • Ekonomi Hijau: Menjadi mitra dalam pengembangan teknologi perdagangan karbon dan investasi hijau.
  • Transparansi Data: Menyediakan akses publik terhadap data kualitas lingkungan via platform digital.
