Customer Satisfaction Index (IKM) of the Faculty of Marine and Fisheries, Udayana University for Q3 Period


The Faculty of Marine and Fisheries at Udayana University (UNUD) has achieved a highly satisfactory Customer Satisfaction Index (IKM) score of 98.31. This achievement reflects a high level of satisfaction among the community, particularly students, with the quality of services provided by the faculty.

This semester’s IKM survey included assessments across various service components, such as academic services, facility quality, and staff and faculty performance.
