Brief Description of the KBK
Coastal and marine areas are of strategic and significant importance for the future of Indonesia, being the world's largest archipelagic state. With such vast potential and its vital role in the national economy, sustainable conservation and management of coastal and marine areas—especially the management of conservation areas—have become an absolute necessity. The KBK of Coastal and Marine Resource Management at FKP Udayana plays an essential role in overseeing the management of coastal and marine resources, particularly in Bali and Indonesia. The primary mission of this KBK is to enhance human resources with competencies in sustainable management and the capacity to conduct research related to coastal and marine resource management.
