Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries, Udayana University Achieves a Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) of 83.93 (GOOD) in the First Quarter of 2025
Denpasar, March 6, 2025 — The Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries at Udayana University has successfully achieved a Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) of 83.93 with a "GOOD" rating for the period of January to March 2025. This result was obtained from a survey involving 142 respondents with diverse educational backgrounds, ranging from high school to master’s degree (S2).
The survey aimed to evaluate and improve the quality of public services at the Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries. According to the survey results, several service aspects showed satisfactory scores, with the Complaints element achieving the highest score of 3.74, followed by Behavior with a score of 3.59. Meanwhile, other aspects such as Competence, Facilities, and Procedures also received positive feedback from respondents.
“We would like to express our gratitude for the assessments and feedback provided. These results serve as a motivation for us to continuously improve and enhance our service quality,” said a representative from the Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries, Udayana University.

Commitment to Improving Service QualityThe IKM results indicate that the services at the Faculty of Marine Science and Fisheries, Udayana University, have been running well, but there is still room for improvement, particularly in the aspects of requirements and processing time. Therefore, the faculty is committed to conducting continuous evaluation and development to meet the expectations of the public and the academic community.
“We will continue to innovate and listen to every feedback from the public in order to realize excellent and integrity-based public services,” they added.
This achievement is also in line with Udayana University's efforts to implement the Integrity Zone towards becoming a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM).
