Hari Kebangkitan Teknologi nasional (Hakteknas) yang ditetapkan dengan Keppres No. 71 Tahun 1995 adalah untuk memperingati keberhasilan putra-putri indonesia dalam memanfaatkan, menguasai, dan mengembangkan iptek. Peringatan Hakteknas ke 19 Tahun 2014 menekankan pentingnya Sistem Inovasi Nasional dalam kegiatan penguasaan dan pemanfaatan Iptek. Rangkaian acara Hakteknas akan diselenggarakan pada 10-12 Agustus 2014, direncanakan akan dihadiri oleh Presiden RI. Salah satu kegiatan dalam rangka Hakteknas 19 tersebut adalah "Pembuatan Buku 19 Karya Unggulan Teknologi Anak Bangsa" yang akan diserahkan pada acara puncak Hakteknas tanggal 10 Agustus 2014 kepada Presiden RI. Berkenaan dengan itu, kami harap bapak/ibu berkenan mengusulkan produk ungulan dari masing-masing lembaga dengan kriteria sebagaimana terlampir. The 19th Hakteknas Commemoration in 2014 emphasize on the significance of National Innovation System in the activity of harnessing and mastering science and technology. List of Hakteknas events will be held at the 10th-12th of August 2014, said to be participated by the President of Republic of Indonesia himself. One of the event in this 19th is "The Making of 19 Technology Nation Leading Works Book", which will be given on the peak event of Hakteknas at the 10th of August 2014 to the President of Republic of Indonesia.
