To Support IKU 7, FKP Organizes RPS Workshop

The Faculty of Marine and Fisheries (FKP) held a Workshop on Semester Learning Plan (RPS) Refinement on June 10, 2024. On this occasion, FKP invited speakers from the Open University (Dr. Ernik Yuliana, S.Pi., M.T.) and was moderated by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information of FKP (I Wayan Gede Astawa Karang., S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D.). The speaker conveyed that the implementation of learning can be done with Case Based Learning and Project Based Learning methods. This method aims to improve students' ability to do problem solving that is relevant to the existing issues. RPS is made according to the method used in learning, which is equipped with learning outcomes (CP Study Program, CP Course, Sub CPMK), a brief description of the Course, Study Materials / Learning Materials, and reference sources. FKP also invited several partners to provide advice to FKP regarding the graduates needed by partners so that the curriculum could be compiled properly and outlined in the form of RPS. Partners who attended this activity were the Bali Province Maritime and Fisheries Service, National Education University, and the Tuna Fisheries Research Institute. In this workshop, a Cooperation Agreement was also signed with Nusa Dua Reef Foundation. Through this activity, FKP is expected to be able to carry out higher quality learning by collaborating with partners engaged in the marine and fisheries sector.
