Faculty of Marine and Fisheries Conducts BPK Interview for Aquaculture Study Program
Jimbaran,3 September 2025 – The Faculty of Marine and Fisheries, Udayana University (FKP Unud), conducted an interview as part of an audit by the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) concerning the Aquaculture Study Program. This activity aimed to ensure the achievement of academic standards, governance, and accountability in the management of the study program.
The interview, led by the BPK team, was attended by faculty leaders, lecturers, administrative staff, and student representatives. During the session, the interviewees provided comprehensive explanations regarding curriculum implementation, human resource management, facilities and infrastructure management, as well as the achievements of the university’s three pillars of higher education (tridharma).
In addition, the BPK team also highlighted the internal quality assurance mechanisms applied in the Aquaculture Study Program. Emphasis was placed on the alignment between academic documents and their implementation in the field, including financial reports, the realization of learning activities, and the sustainability of research and community service programs.
The interview was conducted in a dialogical manner, during which the BPK team posed a series of clarifying questions to ensure that all aspects of program management were carried out in accordance with regulations. The results of the interview revealed that the Aquaculture Study Program of FKP Unud continues to strive to improve the quality of learning, strengthen research collaborations, and expand networking with relevant stakeholders.
Through this audit, it is expected that the Faculty of Marine and Fisheries will further strengthen the accountability and transparency of its management, while also maintaining public trust in the quality of higher education in the field of marine and fisheries sciences.
