FKP Udayana Achieves Excellent Public Satisfaction Score in Q2 2025

Jimbaran, July 2025 – The Faculty of Marine and Fisheries, Udayana University (FKP Unud), achieved an excellent rating (A) in the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) for the period April–June 2025, with a score of 89.37.

The survey involved 8 respondents—five males and three females—all holding a bachelor’s degree (S1). Among the nine service indicators assessed, complaint handling received the highest score (3.88), followed by facilities and infrastructure (3.63). The component of staff behavior (3.38) has been identified as an area for further improvement.

This result reflects FKP’s strong commitment to providing high-quality public services and supports its ongoing efforts to realize a Zone of Integrity toward a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) within Udayana University.
