Public Satisfaction Index of FKP Udayana Reaches 88.62 for July–September 2025 Period

Jimbaran, October 2025 — The Faculty of Marine and Fisheries, Udayana University (FKP UNUD), recorded a Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) score of 88.62, earning an A (Excellent) category for the July–September 2025 period.

The survey involved 58 respondents, consisting of 14 males and 44 females, with most respondents holding a bachelor’s degree (S1). This result reflects the faculty’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of its public services.


Among the evaluation aspects, complaint handling (3.88) and service fees (3.81) achieved the highest scores, followed by facilities (3.64) and staff behavior (3.48). FKP remains committed to continuously improving its service standards to ensure optimal satisfaction among stakeholders.
