FKP Udayana University Achieves “Good” Public Satisfaction Index in Q4 2025

The Faculty of Marine and Fisheries, Udayana University (FKP UNUD), recorded a positive performance in public service delivery based on the Public Satisfaction Index (Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat/IKM) Survey for the October–December 2025 period (Quarter IV). The survey results show that FKP UNUD achieved an IKM score of 88.13, which falls into the “Good” (Category B) classification

The survey involved 21 respondents, consisting of 6 male and 15 female participants, with diverse educational backgrounds dominated by respondents holding senior high school (SMA) and undergraduate (S1) qualifications. The results reflect the public’s overall perception of the quality of academic and administrative services provided by the Faculty during the fourth quarter of 2025.


Based on the assessment of individual service elements, several aspects received relatively high scores. The service tariff element recorded the highest score, indicating clarity and appropriateness of service-related costs. In addition, the elements of staff behavior, staff competence, and complaint handling were also rated positively, highlighting the professionalism and responsiveness of FKP UNUD personnel. Meanwhile, the elements related to service products and service completion time remain areas that require continuous improvement.


The Dean of the Faculty of Marine and Fisheries, Udayana University, expressed appreciation to all respondents for their valuable feedback. The survey results will serve as an important evaluation tool for ongoing service improvement efforts, in line with the Faculty’s commitment to strengthening its Integrity Zone (Zona Integritas) and enhancing institutional governance.
