FKP Udayana University Participates in The 8th INCOFIMS and The 6th INCOBIFS

Bali, September 3–4, 2025 – The Faculty of Marine and Fisheries, Udayana University (FKP Unud), actively took part in The 8th International Conference on Fisheries and Marine Sciences (INCOFIMS) held in conjunction with The 6th International Conference on Biotechnology and Food Sciences (INCOBIFS). The international conference was hosted by the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Airlangga University, carrying the theme “Breakthrough in Sustainable Fisheries and Marine Sciences to Support Food Security.”

The event, held at Harris Hotel Sunset Road, Bali, on September 3–4, 2025, served as an academic forum to discuss various breakthroughs and innovations in fisheries, biotechnology, and sustainable marine sciences to strengthen global food security.


On this occasion, lecturers from FKP Unud were invited as invited speakers, while several students also actively contributed as volunteers and participants of the conference. This participation highlights FKP Unud’s strong commitment to advancing academic collaboration while providing international exposure for its students.


In addition to Airlangga University as the main host, the conference was also supported by several co-host institutions, including Politeknik Kelautan dan Perikanan Jembrana, Warmadewa University, Dhyana Pura University, and Raja Ali Haji University.


Through this conference, it is expected that academic collaboration and research networking at both the national and international levels will be further strengthened, contributing significantly to the development of fisheries, marine sciences, and global food security.
