Hone Organizational Skills, Himmaspera FKP UNUD Present through Himmaspera Internship 2024

In order to implement the Agenda, the Aquatic Resources Management Student Association again carried out Himmaspera Internship activities with the theme “Your Skills Make You Shine”. Himmaspera Internship 2024 was held for 4 weeks, namely on Wednesday, October 09 to 26, 2024 in Room 3.8, Samudera Building, Faculty of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. This activity was attended by 20 participants from the Aquatic Resource Management study program.

The first week was filled with the Introduction of the Aquatic Resources Management Association which in his remarks the Chairman of Himmaspera, I Putu Ekananda Septiana Putra expressed his pride in seeing the enthusiasm of new students of the Aquatic Resources Management study program in the field of organization. “I hope that through this Himmaspera Internship, the participants will be able to train their soft and hard skills so that they can be useful in the future,” he added. The agenda continued with an interview per commission which aims to help participants determine the commission that suits their interests.

In the second week, the participants practiced their problem solving skills through scientific discussions on the topics of “Microplastics” and “Ocean Acidification”. The participants were also given training by the Himmaspera Treasurer regarding making a Draft Budget Cost (RAB) which is certainly useful in every activity and after that continued with activities per commission.

Continued in week 3, the participants started the activity with a fun quiz “Guess the Picture” which could keep them entertained. Himmaspera Secretary I, Komang Putri Marta Armayani explained the procedures for making good and correct letters. “From here friends can see that being a secretary is very complicated and boring. But making this letter is very useful for taking care of scholarships for example and we will always do it until we work later,” she added. The agenda continued with activities per commission. For example, in the Student Development Commission (Pengmah), the participants were taught how to make a CV that is ATS friendly and will certainly be very useful for the future.

In week 4, the closing of the Himmaspera 2024 Internship, representatives of participants from each commission conveyed their impressions and messages during the internship. One of them, Gusti Ayu Juni Katari Dewi, said that she was very interested in the Association so that through this activity she could get to know more about Himmaspera. “I feel closer to the brothers here and can share many things. I hope this internship can continue in the following years” she added. At this closing agenda, the participants received certificates and rewards for the best interns. The event was officially closed by the Vice Chairperson of Himmaspera, Reynena Sasmaya Artha. And the event ended with a group photo.
