Improving Academic Quality and Governance, FKP Unud Holds Performance Contract Signing for Study Program Coordinators 2026

JIMBARAN – As a concrete step to optimize professional institutional governance, the Faculty of Marine and Fisheries (FKP) at Universitas Udayana held a Performance Agreement/Contract signing between the Dean and the Study Program Coordinators (Koprodi). The event took place on Friday, February 27, 2026.


The signing ceremony, attended by the faculty leadership, was held solemnly at the Buyan Room, Samudra Building, 2nd Floor, FKP Campus.


The performance contract signing is not merely a routine administrative agenda but a tangible expression of the collective commitment of all leadership elements within the Faculty of Marine and Fisheries. This commitment aims to realize a university governance system that is accountable, transparent, and firmly oriented toward measurable and responsible performance outcomes.


Through this performance pact, the faculty places great hope that each study program can consolidate efforts and focus more effectively on executing its work programs. The main focus is directed toward enhancing academic quality and learning, optimizing services for students and the academic community, and creating tangible contributions and innovations in the field of marine and fisheries science.


The signing event concluded with a group photo session, where the Dean and the Koprodi posed displaying the signed performance contracts.


With the spirit of collaboration embodied in the document, FKP Unud once again reaffirmed its vision: "Together, we strengthen our commitment to an excellent, independent, and cultured FKP," according to the official closing statement from the faculty
