SOCIALISATION OF INTEGRITY ZONE AT FACULTY OF MARINE AND FISHERIES, UDAYANA UNIVERSITY

Starting the new year 2024, the Faculty of Marine and Fisheries held a socialisation activity on integrity zones on Monday, 15 January in Buyan Room, Gd Samudra FKP. University Integrity Zone is a concept introduced by the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB) of the Republic of Indonesia. This concept aims to create a university environment that is clean from corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN).

In this activity, speakers were presented from the Head of HTL Coordinator of Udayana University Wawan Mahajana Bandhesa, S.Kom and Head of TU Coordinator Univ. Udayana Ni Luih Putu Eny Ledy Yanti, SS. It was explained that, in achieving the Integrity Zone, there are six elements of change that will be carried out, namely change management, structuring governance, structuring human resource management (HR), strengthening supervision, strengthening performance accountability, and improving the quality of public services. The six areas of change are aimed at creating institutions that are clean and free of corruption, collusion, and nepotism, and good public services. This activity was attended by the entire integrity zone committee of the Faculty of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. It is hoped that the Faculty of Marine Affairs and Fisheries can become a role model as an agent of change towards a higher quality educational institution.
