"Strategic Collaboration! FKP Unud Forms Partnership with LANAL Denpasar for Advancing Marine and Naval Defense"

The Faculty of Marine and Fisheries, Universitas Udayana, has officially established a collaboration with the Naval Base of the Indonesian Navy (LANAL) Denpasar through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS), held at the LANAL Denpasar office.

The event was attended by leaders from both institutions.
The Dean of FKP Unud, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Wayan Nuarsa, M.Si, led the delegation, accompanied by the Vice Dean II, Dr. Pande Gde Sasmita Julyantoro, S.Si., M.Si, and Dr. Ayu Putu Wiweka Krisna Dewi, S.ST.Pi., M.P.

From the Indonesian Navy, the Commander of LANAL Denpasar, Colonel of the Navy (P) Cokorda G.P. Pemayun, was present, along with Deputy Commander Lt. Colonel of the Navy (P) I Gede Padang Suryawan and Captain of the Navy (PM) R. Farras Tsary Kurniawan.

This collaboration marks a strategic step in education, research, and community service, with the aim of enhancing human resources and developing applicable marine and fisheries science.

Colonel Pemayun emphasized that this synergy is crucial for optimizing marine resource utilization and nurturing a generation with competencies in maritime affairs and naval defense.
FKP Unud welcomes this collaboration as a productive synergy between the academic and military worlds.
