sehubungan dengan peraturan Menteri pendayagunaan aparatur negara dan reformasi birokrasi nomor 17 tahun 2013 tentang jabatan fungsional dosen dan angka kreditnya dan nomor 46 tahun 2013 tentang perubahan atas peraturan menteri pendayagunaan aparatur negara dan reformasi birokrasi nomor 17 tahun 2013 tentang jabaran fungsional Dosen dan angka kreditnyanya yang telah diundangkan pada tanggal 4 februari 2014, bersama ini dengan hormat kami sampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut.

1. berkas usulan kenaikan pengkat/jabatan fungsional dosen yang masuk di universitas sebelum tanggal 10 maret 2014 dan sudah diterima ditjen dikti sebelum tanggal 10 mi 2014 akan dinilai dengan ketentuan lama sesuai kepmenkowasbangpan nomor 38/KEP/MK.WASPAN/8/1999.
2. Berkas usulan kenaikan pangkat/jabatan fungsional dosen yang masuk di universitas sebelum tanggal 10 maret 2014 dan diterima Ditjen DIkti setelah tanggal 10 mei 2014 akan dikembalikan untuk dinilai ulang oleh PT/Kopertis dengan ketentuan baru sesuai permenpan dan RB Nomor 17 tahun 2013 dan Nomor 46 tahun 2013
3. Berkas usulan kenaikan pangkat/jabatan fungsional dosen yang masuk di universitas setelah tanggal 10 maret 2014 agar dinilai dengan ketentuan yang baru.

demikian kami sampaikan atas perhatiannya diucapkan terima kasih. surat edaran kami lampirkan di bawah ini salam, akademika Fakultas Kelautan dan Perikanan Universitas Udayana In accordance to the regulation of Ministry of Public Servant Resource and Bureaucracy Reformation number 17 year 2013 on lecturers functional position and their credit points as well as number 46 year 2013 on the change to the regulation of Ministry of Public Servant Resource and Bureaucracy Reformation number 17 year 2013 on lecturers functional position and their credit points, which has been legislated at the 4th of February 2o14, we hereby informed matters such as follow.

1. File proposal of lecturer functional position/rank that has been accepted by the university before the 10th of March 2014 and has been accepted by the Directorate General of Higher Education before the 10th of May 2014 will be marked with previous regulation as stated in the Decree of Minister of Coordinator on Development Supervision and Public Servant Resource number 38/KEP/MK.WASPAN/8/1999.
2. File proposal of lecturer functional position/rank that has been accepted by the university before the 10th of March 2014 and has been accepted by the Directorate General of Higher Education before the 10th of May 2014 will be returned to the University/Kopertis with new regulation as stated in the regulation of Ministry of Public Servant Resource and Bureaucracy Reformation number 17 year 2013 as well as number 46 year 2013
3. File proposal of lecturer functional position/rank that has been accepted by the university after the 10th of March 2014 is to be marked as stated in the new regulation.
