Making business maps and Service Standards are the main things that need to be owned at the beginning of planning. This will have implications for the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which must be open to the community. Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) is also mandatory to measure the performance that has been carried out every quarter. Through M&E, in the end, the Main Performance Index can be known and more measurable periodically. On this occasion, the Cooperation Agreement was also signed by both parties. Through the agreed PKS, it is hoped that both parties will provide mutual benefits and contribute to the progress of the marine and fisheries world in the future.
